Waldo is a highly successful professional keynote speaker, corporate trainer, and entrepreneur. He is also a former combat decorated Air Force fighter pilot, having accomplished this despite a fear of heights and a lifelong battle with claustrophobia.

Waldo’s compelling journey of triumph over fear and his unique experiences in aerial combat and in business demonstrate his expertise in peak performance. Waldo is a graduate of the U.S Air Force Academy and also holds an MBA with a focus on Organizational Behavior. A former combat decorated F-16 fighter pilot, he flew over 65 real world combat missions in extremely hostile and competitive environments and survived numerous missile launches against his aircraft. Having transitioned from ‘Top Gun’ to top businessman and entrepreneur, Waldo successfully led national sales efforts for several cutting edge technology and consulting firms. His unique experiences both in the military and in corporate America enable him to genuinely relate to the challenges faced both in and out of the workplace.
